I mix my left over AVB INTO MY fruit and yogurt mix that I have every morning.The taste is completely masked by the sweet fruit and yogurt, This normally amounts to 1 to 2 gram of AVB and it kicks in about an hour to give a gentle buzz lasting for 2 hours.does anyone have any knowledge of negative effects? (Bad for liver ,kidneys etc?)

  4. Hey there! Do you need to dry the abv after water curing prior to infusing into coconut oil/ butter? The article makes it seem like the drying is optional but just want to double check 🙂 also do you have a recipe for your infusion method? I would like to try with coconut oil, but have only used butter previously and was wondering if there are any process differences. Thank you!
